By submitting your booking and checking the consent box, you ("Client") agree to retain Amanda Kuchlenz of MomentumUp Marketing, LLC ("Service Provider") to provide Meta advertising services under the Ads Accelerated VIP Day package and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

What’s Included

The Ads Accelerated VIP Day experience includes the following:

→ A 60-minute strategy session to review your offer, funnel, and business goals, and to schedule your VIP Day

→ Done-for-you ad copywriting tailored to your specific offer

→ Ad creative strategy and direction based on current high-performing ad trends for coaches and course creators

→ Setup and/or audit of your Ads Manager account to ensure proper tracking and optimization

→ Detailed targeting recommendations and custom audience creation

→ A fully built ad campaign designed for your lead magnet, live event, or evergreen digital course/program

All work is performed virtually by the Service Provider and typically occurs during normal U.S. business hours. The VIP Day itself will be scheduled during the strategy session and will include up to six hours of dedicated time focused on building and launching your campaign.

After your VIP Day, you will receive a video walkthrough of your campaign setup and seven days of support via Slack or email for implementation-related questions.

Payment Terms

The full cost of the Ads Accelerated VIP Day is $1,997 USD.
A $497 deposit is required at the time of booking your strategy session. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled VIP Day. If the balance is not paid on time, your VIP Day may be released and your deposit forfeited.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

Your deposit is valid for 90 days from the date of your strategy session.

If you need to reschedule your VIP Day, you must provide written notice at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. If notice is not provided within this window, your deposit may be forfeited.

If your VIP Day is not scheduled and completed within the 90-day window and you have not communicated or rescheduled, your deposit will be forfeited. You may rebook at the current VIP Day rate at that time.

Ownership of Work

All final ad campaign assets developed during the VIP Day—including copy, strategy documents, and campaigns built inside your Ads Manager—will belong to the Client upon completion. The Client has full rights to use, edit, and manage these materials for their own business.

Use of Testimonials and Case Studies

Client agrees that written, verbal, or recorded feedback related to this service may be used in the promotion and marketing of MomentumUp Marketing. This may include name, business name, and general context of results. No performance data or sensitive business information will be shared without prior approval.

Refund Policy

This is a non-refundable service. Due to the custom and time-based nature of the VIP Day, no refunds will be issued after booking.

However, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled VIP Day or transferred to another MomentumUp Marketing service, provided that rescheduling occurs with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

Disclaimer of Guarantees and Earnings

MomentumUp Marketing makes no guarantees regarding specific results or return on investment. While the Ads Accelerated VIP Day is designed to provide strategic setup and expert guidance, the Client understands that success in digital advertising depends on a variety of factors outside the Service Provider’s control, including offer quality, sales process, landing page conversion rates, market demand, and Client follow-through.

The Client acknowledges that all business and marketing efforts carry inherent risk, and individual results may vary. Any examples of previous results or testimonials are not guarantees or promises of future outcomes.

By booking this service, the Client accepts full responsibility for the results generated from the implementation of the work provided and agrees not to hold MomentumUp Marketing or Amanda Kuchlenz liable for any decisions or outcomes related to the use of paid advertising.
